Many of you have downloaded and updated the new Time-to-Pet scheduling and billing APP. Although you may have already started scheduling appointments on the New APP, for the time being, Invoices will still arrive from Scout.
If you have not already done so, please download the new “Time to Pet” APP to your iPhone, Android phone or personal computer.

- The contact and information that you originally put in Scout should be in the new Time to Pet APP.
- Appointments that you have already scheduled in Scout should also be in the new Time to Pet APP. Nevertheless, please:

- Login with the email you use for Scout.
- Reset your Password.
- Check your personal and pet information for missing information.
